Overview:

The visual inspection machine is connected with the conveying line at the exit of the printing machine. After the printing is completed, it is sent to the inspection station sequentially by the conveyor belt, and the camera collects and inspects it. Defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after finished product inspection.
