Inspection principle&features
PCB circuit board AOI inspection equipment, based on optical principles, uses image analysis to denoise, enhance, binarize and other processing of images, and uses deep learning and automatic control technology to comprehensively detect and process defects encountered in production, and generate real-time generation Test Report. Detectable items: mainly detect PCB scratches, exposed copper, dirt, poor dyeing, and integrity detection of solder joints and wrong orientation.
The detection process is as follows: after the product is in place, the client device gives a trigger signal, the industrial camera completes image acquisition, and the PCB board component intelligent visual inspection system detects the detection content (component (plug-in) mixing detection, whether there is a component (plug-in) or not). Machining Process
