Inspection principle
The bottle cap anti-counterfeiting technology needs to compare the 12×2 digital code marked by laser with the digital code read by the RFID code reader to check whether there is a one-to-one correspondence. Inspection details
For this reason, our company has developed an online detection system for bottle cap characters. The online detection system can meet the detection capacity of not less than 120 pieces per minute, and the missing rate for major defects such as no label or no coding is extremely low. This system is a self-developed PC-based machine vision system. The system hardware uses a line scan camera to complete high-quality imaging, and the system software realizes the quality inspection of printing quality and laser coding/jet coding.
The detection system software platform is reasonably constructed, with a friendly interface and easy to use, and the system functions can be flexibly customized. The software platform also has good applicability. When users have new inspection requirements, new functions can be easily realized by adding new algorithms and software upgrades to avoid waste of hardware.
OCR inspection solutions
The overall scheme can be described as: the rotation of the friction wheel drives the bottle cap to rotate, the encoder installed on the friction wheel tracks the rotation of the friction wheel to generate a pulse signal, the pulse signal triggers the black and white line array camera to shoot the bottle cap on the production line, and the captured image is transmitted in real time Identify and judge the industrial computer and the processing software of the industrial computer, and sort the bottle caps according to the judgment results. The sorting types are good products, doubtful products and waste products, and the time and type of each defect are recorded in detail.
The unqualified products identified by the detection system include: skewed laser coded characters, incomplete laser coded characters, overlapping laser coded characters, misplaced laser coded characters, and after 3 consecutive error reports, the system will automatically alarm and stop. The distance between the bottle caps after the sub-cap system passes is kept above 150mm. The detection system has an abnormal alarm function. When the system fails, the detection system will automatically detect the fault and give an alarm prompt. If the industrial computer fails and the sorting unit does not receive the sorting signal sent by the industrial computer, the sorting unit will automatically sort the bottle caps to the waste bin.
