Inspection principle

The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, defective product rejection and counting device, the maximum detection speed is 130 pieces/minute, and the detection machine is integrated with the on-site bottle blowing machine conveyor line (adjustable within the range of 960mm-1300mm ). The equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day, greatly improving production efficiency.

The overall inspection equipment is equipped with 14 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the appearance defects on the outside of the bottle body, the mouth of the bottle and the bottom. The detected defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is detected.

Hardware parts
The detection system uses 14 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and supporting industrial lenses, with 3 sets of high-brightness strobe light sources, to truly realize the 360-degree inspection of the bottle body without dead angle. The overall logic control of the system is realized by a single-chip microcomputer, and the specific functions include:

• Trigger the camera to take pictures

• Trigger the solenoid valve to jet and reject waste products
• Control belt speed
• Emergency treatment for similar system material jams
• Trigger alarm light signal

Software part
The software is the general control platform of the equipment, and its specific functions are as follows:

• Enabling and closing the system detection function
• Adjustment of detection index parameters and accuracy.
• Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage and recall.
• Camera screen calibration function
• The system can display real-time production information (pass rate, total output, speed, etc.), browse historical production information, export and store functions.
• Privilege management according to the login account (for example, general operation users disable parameter adjustment permissions)
• Operation and adjustment of the mechanical parts of the system (such as: opening of the transmission device, adjustment of the air injection time of the air valve, and adjustment of the alarm signal)
• Additional functions required by customers
