1. General situation of detection system
The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, defective product rejection and counting device. The normal detection speed is 20 pieces/min. The front entrance and exit of the detection machine can be integrated with the customer's on-site conveyor line. It can operate 7*24 hours a day, greatly improving production efficiency.
The inspection equipment is equipped with 15 sets of 500W high-pixel industrial cameras to comprehensively detect the defects of the inner and outer sidewalls, outer bottom and inner bottom, and mouth of the drinking water drum. After the system collects the sample images, it is analyzed by the deep learning system to determine the good products With defective products, the defective products are detected and automatically eliminated online. The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel at the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and select the most suitable accuracy standard for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
