Inspection Principle
Through the feeding and handing equipment, the caps are transferred to specific stations in a stable and orderly manner, and then the high-pixel sample images taken by industrial cameras are transferred to the image processing software. After comparing and analyzing the standardized samples, the products are judged as good and defective, and the corresponding control is controlled. The pneumatic components will reject defective products, and finally collect qualified products.
The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
Inspection Details
The whole system adopt 10 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to conduct a full range of visual inspections for the appearance defects of smart cover products. The inspection speed is 300/min. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of operation. , The unqualified products can be automatically rejected online.
