Detection principle
The entrance and exit of the detector can be integrated with the conveyor line to transfer the cocktail bottles to a specific station in a stable and orderly manner. The plan uses 11 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources, and is aimed at the bottle mouth of the bottle product, bottle bottom and bottle body defects are fully tested. The complete detection equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and detection system software. Then the high-pixel sample images taken by industrial cameras are transmitted to the image processing software for comparison and analysis with standardized samples. After determining the good and bad products, and control the corresponding pneumatic components to eliminate the defective products, and finally collect the qualified products.

Detection equipment requires regular maintenance cleaning (camera cleaning, etc.) during use, the equipment itself does not produce sources of secondary contamination (such as debris, fine foam, etc.).
