Detection Principle
Due to the need to check the bottle body's depression and deformation (which may affect the subsequent labeling) and the bottle body wall thinness, a backlight imaging system needs to be added to the bottle body stain detection to highlight the wall thinness problem and bottle body depression through the backlight. In addition, in order to minimize the imaging dead angle of the depression detection, the bottle body needs to be rotated 45 degrees on the bottle clamping belt (achieved by the speed difference of the two belts), so the system is finally composed of the following parts:
