Test product sample description
This program is aimed at detecting the appearance defects of gloves of various materials. The inspection content is (visible area):
1. Black spots: black spots and maculas on palms, backs of hands, fingers and other areas;
2. Impurities, oil stains, etc.: oil stains, hair, etc. stuck on the outer surface during the molding process of the glove;
3. Incomplete gloves: severed fingers, multiple-finger bonding
4. Damaged gloves: large holes, half-shaped forming, missing or falling edges

General description of the inspection system
The overall equipment integrates functions such as mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software. Normal detection matches the customer's on-site production line speed, online installation, and the equipment can realize 7*24 hours operation, which greatly improves production efficiency.
The inspection equipment is equipped with four sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and lenses to comprehensively inspect the defects on both sides of the glove. After the system collects sample images, the image processing software and the standardized sample are compared and analyzed to determine good and defective products. When the inspection system judges as defective products, the system will give a defective product signal, and use the on-site rejecting device to reject it (our testing equipment requires the customer to provide a stripping device as the rejecting mechanism). After the finished product is tested, the counting function can be realized, and the counting accuracy rate is 99%. The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
The product passes through the testing equipment and enters the downstream packaging process, which can avoid secondary pollution and ensure the quality of the product without any manual labor.
