Whole Inspection principle

Preform inspection
The defects of the preform usually appear in the mouth, shoulder and bottom. The preform inspection machine launched by Shenzhen Yingtaide adopts multiple high-resolution CCD cameras, which can detect various defects in the mouth, shoulder and bottom of the preform. Comprehensive inspection. Among them, placing a camera above the mouth to collect the mouth image can check the bottle mouth flash, bottle mouth gap, mouth black spots and other defects.
A camera is placed above the mouth to capture the images of the inner wall of the mouth to check the black spots, dirt and other defects on the bottle wall, and 3 cameras are placed on the side of the screw mouth at intervals of 120 degrees for various sizes, black spots, and bottle shoulder areas. A 360-degree inspection without blind spots is carried out for thick sutures, burrs, and steps. Bottle inspection

This inspection machine is equipped with 4 sets of high-resolution CCD area scan cameras. The capping liquid level inspection station consists of 3 high-resolution CCD area scan cameras, 6 LED light sources, 1 set of image processing system, and 1 set of signal control system. , 1 set of rejection system, 3 surface array cameras are placed at 120-degree intervals, and 360-degree non-blind zone detection is performed on the caps. Each camera is equipped with two LED light sources, which illuminate the bottle caps from the front and back respectively. It mainly detects defects such as broken safety ring, missing PET ring, different cover, mixed cover, etc. The back light mainly detects defects such as high cover, crooked cover and broken bridge.
The camera perpendicular to the conveyor belt detects the liquid level at the same time. By using the combination of front light and backlight, the foam can be effectively compensated, and the liquid level detection accuracy of the beverage containing foam can be greatly improved. The coding inspection station uses a high-speed CCD camera and an LED light source for coding detection.
