The PET bottle embryos defect detection machine produced by our company can effectively detect various defects of the bottle embryos, equipped with 10 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras to comprehensively detect the appearance defects of the outer side of the bottle embryos, the opening of the embryo and the bottom of the embryo. After the system collects the sample image, the image processing software is compared with the standardized sample to determine the good product and the bad product. Good products are detected and defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is detected, and the counting accuracy rate is 100%. The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel at the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and select the most suitable accuracy standard for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
1.
