2. Inspection principle

Through the docking conveying device (the paper-plastic cup needs to be output in a straight line with the mouth upright, and the product spacing needs to be kept above the radius of the cup mouth), the products are stably and orderly transported to a specific station, and then passed through the industrial The camera transmits the captured high-pixel image of the sample to the image processing software. 2, Camera Instructions:

For the plane of the cup mouth, install a set of industrial camera directly above the product, and use it with the visual light source to collect the plane images of the cup mouth, the inner wall of the cup, and the bottom of the cup for analysis and processing.
