Due to the continuous update and development of modern electronic products, it has caused great pressure on human eyes, such as myopia, visual fatigue, eye inflammation, etc. In order to protect the eyes, there are corresponding eye drops that can be treated and relieved. Eye drop bottles have a certain degree of particularity. At the same time, because of the capacity characteristics of the eye drop itself (to ensure effective medicinal properties, the eye drop bottle is generally not too large), this leads to a small bottle body. In the mass production process, manual detection of visual fatigue will lead to low detection efficiency, and because it is a product used on the eye, it must be produced in strict accordance with the production standards of the State Drug Administration, so the detection of the appearance of the eye drop bottle is also particularly important.

Detection principle
The product is stably and orderly transferred to a specific station through the transfer device, and then the high-pixel sample image taken by the industrial camera is transferred to the image processing software, and the standard sample is compared and analyzed to determine the good product and the defective product, and control the corresponding pneumatic to remove the defective products and finally collect the qualified products.
The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the product defect rate.
Detecting details
Our design plan adopts 8 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to carry out a full range of visual detection for the appearance defects of the bottle body. The detection speed is 100 pieces per minute. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of operation, and the unqualified products can be automatically rejected online.
The complete set of detecting equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and detecting system software. The entrance and exit of the detector can be integrated with the customer’s on-site conveyor line, and can be connected to upstream and downstream production equipment (such as leak detectors, leak detectors, Packers and other equipment).

2. Instructions for camera use:
Detection of the outer bottom of the bottle. The perspective of the bottom of the bottle is opened through the clamping and conveying mechanism, and 1 set of industrial cameras is installed below to use with the visual light source to collect the image of the bottom of the bottle for processing.
Detection of the inner bottom of the bottle, add 1 set of industrial cameras above the mouth of the bottle, and use it with a visual light source to collect the bottom image of the bottle for processing.
Detection of the bottle mouth plane, add 1 set of industrial cameras above the bottle mouth, and use the visual light source to collect the plane image of the bottle mouth for processing.
Detection of the inner wall of the bottle mouth, 1 set of industrial cameras are installed above the bottle mouth, with the use of visual light source, the image of the inner wall of the bottle mouth is collected for processing.
Detection of the outside of the bottle body. 4 sets of industrial cameras are installed around the bottle body to form a 360-degree toroidal detection, which is used in conjunction with the visual light source, and the side image is collected and processed by the system.
3.The detection equipment needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.), and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is detected.
