Inspection principle
With the development of the times, coffee shops are used by modern people for gatherings, leisure and business exchanges. It sells not only coffee, but also a quality, culture and ideas. Coffee shops are popular in large, medium and small cities. Wooden coffee sticks are a kind of tableware often used in modern coffee shops. Compared with metal coffee sticks, they are portable, clean and hygienic. Because of the low cost, many cafes will also engrave the coffee sticks or print their own brand logos to reflect the quality of their own cafes. As a disposable consumable, wooden coffee sticks cannot be inspected before they are delivered to customers. Therefore, coffee sticks need to be carefully tested before they leave the factory.
The inspection system uses a set of 4K high-pixel industrial line scan cameras to comprehensively inspect the appearance of the wooden coffee sticks. After the system collects product images, through AI deep learning, the detection system automatically determines good and defective products, and the defective products are automatically rejected online. After the finished product is detected, the counting function can be realized, and the counting accuracy rate is 100%. The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the operator can independently adjust the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
The basic principle of wooden coffee stick detection:
After moving to the designated station, the wooden coffee stick is held by the clamping mechanism, and it is controlled by the servo motor to rotate for a full circle. At the same time, there is a light source on the side. The inspection software compares this picture with the standard sample picture and detects the corresponding defects.
