Inspection principle
With the gradual popularity and upgrading of electronic equipment, USB interfaces are widely used as data transmission and data lines in information communication products such as personal computers and mobile devices, and are extended to photographic equipment, digital TVs (set-top boxes), game consoles and others related field.
As an auxiliary product that is vital to electronic products, the market demand is large, but the uneven quality has caused dissatisfaction among many consumers. Many manufacturers are aware of such problems. However, there is no better solution to the problems of traditional manual quality inspection such as low efficiency and low accuracy. Based on the above situation, our company has developed an online visual inspection system for the USB interface. It fundamentally solves the problems of manual quality inspection, prevents the subjective problems of human detection of USB interfaces, and realizes fully automated online detection and removal of USB interfaces.
The system uses 4 high-definition industrial cameras to take pictures of the front and back of the USB ports on the A and B channels of the production line and display them in real time. The system uses deep learning AI technology to automatically learn the characteristics of the surface defects of the USB port, so as to realize rapid judgment, Real-time detection, real-time elimination and other functions. The system has the characteristics of high detection accuracy, low missed detection and low false detection rate. The software comes with statistics and defect picture storage functions, real-time monitoring of the operation of the production line, and timely detection of production line problems.

Inspection environment:
