Detection products
With the development of science and technology, as a product for correcting vision and beautiful image, contact lenses must be of good quality. The packaging has the effect of protecting the lens from damage and contamination. Contact lenses that are on sale have different specifications and different sizes of packaging boxes. Affected by the PP material and the production process, there may be flashing around the edges. , Lack of material around the edges of the burr, black spots, stains (different colors) and other defects, so in the production process of contact lens cases, we must strictly control the problem of such samples, Keye Tech has designed a set of contact lens cases compatible with solutions of products of different specifications, please refer to actual samples for specific product dimensions.
Note: Due to the different structure and size of such products, the material equipment, mechanical structure, optical imaging and supporting software parameters are affected. Our company does not recommend compatible testing and application. Therefore, the following plan only focuses on one of the products.
Equipment overview
The overall equipment is a contact lens case visual detection machine, which integrates material handling equipment, conveying mechanism, visual system hardware and detection software, and defective product rejection device. The detection speed is about 5000-6000 pieces/hour. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of operation, greatly improving production efficiency.
This detection equipment is equipped with a total of 6 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras to comprehensively detect the appearance of defects of the product. After the system collects the sample image, the image processing software and the standardized sample are compared and analyzed to determine the good and the defective products, and the defective products are automatically eliminated online. , The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the product defect rate.

Instructions for camera use:
Front detection: through the docking of the material handling equipment, the product is conveyed to the inspection station in a stable and orderly manner in a fixed direction and directional transportation, and a set of industrial cameras are installed on the product to cooperate with the visual light source to collect the front image of the product for analysis and processing .
outside detection: considering the structural characteristics of the product, 4 sets of cameras are required to form the outside of the ring to detect, cooperate with the use of visual light sources, and the imaging does not interfere with each other. After collecting the outside image, perform system analysis and processing.
Back detection: the product enters the glass turntable mechanism at the back of the equipment to open the back view angle of the product, add a set of industrial cameras under the product, and use it with the visual light source to collect the back image of the product for analysis and processing.
The detection equipment needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.), and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is tested.
