In the acquisition and processing of images, the system obtains images of the bottle mouth, bottle bottom and bottle wall through four cameras, and identifies and processes them. The results of image processing can be sent to the man-machine interface or communicated to the PLC. The human-machine interface communicates with the PLC of the bottle inspection machine, and can read and write the internal data of the PLC. The bottle is passed into the bottle inspection machine through the pressureless transmission unit, and the PLC of the bottle inspection machine combines the detection element and the encoder to finally achieve the result of rejecting the unqualified bottle.
