Basic principles of eyebrow pencil inspection:
After the eyebrow pencil moves to the designated station, the eyebrow pencil tube is held by the clamping mechanism, and the eyebrow pencil is controlled by a servo motor to rotate for a full circle. There is a light source on the side, and the line scan camera captures images at the same time to obtain the high resolution of the side print. Scan the map. The inspection software compares this picture with the standard sample picture and detects the corresponding defects.
The counting function can be realized after the finished product inspection, and the counting accuracy is 100%.
The inspection equipment needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.). The inspection equipment itself will not cause secondary pollution (such as debris, fine foam, etc.) to the inspection samples.
