The battery packs enter the conveyor line one by one, and are manually taken out from the conveyor line for double-sided appearance defect inspection.

Inspection details
This system is connected with the signal of the field equipment, installed with the existing assembly line, and independent detection station. When the product arrives at the station, the robot sucks the product onto the optical glass detection platform of the equipment, and takes pictures with the camera up and down (in order to avoid the interference of the light source) , first the upper 2 cameras take pictures, the upper light source is bright; then the lower 2 cameras take pictures, the lower light source is bright), the software processes the pictures to obtain OK/NG results.
If the OK product robot picks up the product and puts it back into the water line, the product enters the next station, and if the NG product robot picks up the product and puts it into the defective product collection area, the use of this system can reduce tedious and labor-intensive manual operations, and reduce human labor. Detect errors, greatly improve the quality of product shipments, and increase the company's external competitiveness.
Camera position
