Inspection background

This system is used to detect the appearance defects such as blisters, looseness, bumps, flower cylinders, spots, rust scratches, pallet wear marks that may occur in the production process of cylinder liners. The system uses imported industrial cameras to quickly obtain product images, Identify, analyze and calculate, output whether the current cylinder liner and standard products are consistent and output 0K and NG signals to control the rejection of NG products.

Based on machine vision image processing technology, our company developed a detection system for cylinder liner that may produce errors in the process. It has the characteristics of high precision, high speed and multiple samples. The main modules of the system are: trigger positioning module, image processing module.

Inspection range

1. Sand holes and porosity (the inner hole surface, the upper and lower end faces of the support shoulder, the outer circle of the undercut groove except the groove) can be detected;
2. Bumps (out of the outer groove) can be detected;
3. The flower tank (partial bright spot) can be detected;
4. Rust can be detected;
5. The scratches (length) of the outer circle and the scratches of the pallet (obvious brightness) can be detected;
6. Inner hole scratches and bright prints can be detected (cracks are not detected);
7. The inner hole sand strip scratch (length) can be detected.
