System profile
It is mainly used for the tightness detection of freeze-dried preparations of vials, powder injection preparations, etc. The vial testing equipment has an integrated design and can be seamlessly connected with the company's existing production line. In terms of detection speed, the Lin bottle detection equipment can reach 600 bottles per minute, and the false detection rate can be controlled at 0.1%. The vial inspection system is independently developed by KEYE TECH, which is different from the secondary development of the original vision platform by most visual inspection companies in the market. It can provide customized services for different production environments, production processes and inspection needs of enterprises.
Inspection Principle
The equipment is divided into the following main parts: feeding bottle conveying mechanism, conveyor belt detection mechanism, camera light source tracking mechanism, bottle rejection separation mechanism, servo motor control mechanism, body and protective cover mechanism and other parts. While the drug is running on the production line, a high-speed camera takes pictures of the drug under inspection.
There are six inspection stations for the inspection: a capping defect inspection station, a bottle bottom defect inspection station and a drug visible defect inspection station, and four bottle body and drug defect inspection stations. If there is any defect in the inspected item, it can be judged after being detected by the system's automatic learning function. When the tested drug is delivered to the rejecting mechanism, the bottle rejecting device separates the qualified and unqualified products.

Inspection details
1. Before filling (filling):
After sterilization, the vials are sterilized at high temperature and then enter the sub (filling) filling machine through the conveyor belt. Unqualified products such as bottles and obviously visible foreign bodies in the bottles shall be detected and rejected;
2. After dividing (filling):
After filling (canned), the unqualified products such as the filling level, the half-pressing height of the freeze-dried rubber plug, and the obvious foreign matter in the material liquid can be detected and rejected;
3. Before capping:
Detect the quality of the pressure plug and the obvious foreign matter on the rubber plug;
4. After capping:
Detect unqualified semi-finished products such as the quality of rolled caps, mixed use of aluminum caps, obvious foreign objects on aluminum caps, and whether freeze-dried products are freeze-dried.
