Inspection principle
The non-woven fabric surface defect detection system sets up a linear CCD camera above the production line.The camera is triggered by an encoder connected to the format driver shaft to obtain the format image information,the camera's resolution/line scan frequency and line width and other performance to determine the image sampling accuracy.The system has high precision and large image data processing capacity. After high-speed processing, the data retains the defect data information and outputs control signals. The computer system records and manages the specific location, size and image information of defects through the database.
