Our system uses 4 high-definition industrial cameras to sort out the screws on the production line and send them to the detection line accurately. The system uses deep learning AI technology to automatically learn the characteristics of screw surface defects, so as to realize fast judgment, real-time detection, real-time elimination and other functions by take pictures and display them in real time. The system has the characteristics of high detection accuracy, low missed detection and false detection rate. The software comes with statistics and defect image storage functions, real-time monitoring the operation of the production line, and timely detection the production line problems.
