Inspection principle
In the actual inspection process, food cans containing specific foods are conveyed into the visual inspection system through a conveyor belt. Once the food can enters the vision inspection system, the light reflection sensor is triggered. Subsequently, encoders mounted on the conveyor belt begin to track the location information of the food boxes until the food boxes reach a preferred position in the system.
