Detect product sample description
This program is aimed at the defect detection of plastic instant noodle bowls, and the detection content is:
1. Black spots, impurities, oil stains on the inner wall of the bowl and other defects and foreign objects that are different from the product color;
2. Holes in the inner wall or bottom of the bowl, with holes ≥0.5mm;
3. The sample specifications are provided by the buyer, and the hardware structure is confirmed according to the sample specifications.
Solution analysis
This program is divided into three parts:
Part 1: Parallel part
According to the situation of the on-site equipment and the consideration of on-site space, our company will replace the belt conveyor in the main machine with our belt equipment (conveying mechanism composed of three flexible chain plates with the same width as the on-site belt). Our company will merge the original 3*3 or 3*4 form of incoming materials into 1*1 incoming materials through blocking and speed differences, and enter the detecting equipment to realize the detection. The middle belt first, both sides The way the belt merges in the middle. As shown in the figure below:
Part 2: Detecting Equipment
-Our company uses 5 sets of industrial cameras to detect the products according to the product characteristics and the needs of the detection content; each camera corresponds to an inner side of the product;
-Because of the detection of holes in the items detected this time, in the optical system, our company chooses the back-light light source; -Compatible with products of different specifications according to the actual situation on site;
-Pneumatic rejection of unqualified products, and the counting of defective products can be realized;
-All the conveying parts of our products will use vacuum negative pressure belts to ensure that the products running at high speed will not run off or fall.

As shown above, because the product is a square product with regular four sides and bottom, the area covered by our five cameras is each side and bottom.
Part 3: Receiving part
After the product is detected by the detecting equipment, it enters the receiving part. In view of the particularity of the product, the solution provided by our company in this link is the rectangular coordinate system robot receiving:
-Counting and stacking of qualified products;
-After completing a stack of products, it can be automatically transported out of the stacking station;
-Compatible with products of different specifications according to the actual situation on site.
5. Detecting content
1. The whole set of detection equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and detection system software. Both parties need to predetermine the height of the conveyor line to facilitate the on-site equipment docking.
2. According to the needs of the end customer, the number of cameras used and the corresponding content of the detection are determined according to the needs of the end customer. The following table is for reference only.

The counting function can be performed after detecting the finished product, and the counting accuracy is 100%.
Detection equipment requires regular maintenance cleaning (camera cleaning, etc.) during use, the equipment itself does not produce sources of secondary contamination (such as debris, fine foam, etc.).
