Inspection principle

The main reason is the subjectivity of manual detection. Based on the above situation, our company has developed an online visual inspection system for gloves. This breaks through the various problems of man-made inspection gloves, and realizes fully automated online inspection and removal of gloves. Thereby improving quality, reducing customer complaints, saving labor and increasing efficiency.
Testing equipment, with four sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and lenses, to comprehensively detect defects on both sides of the glove AB. The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
