Inspection principle:
In order to meet the requirements of visual inspection in the manufacturing process of patch resistance, a visual inspection method for printing defects of positive conductor of patch resistance substrate was proposed considering the high requirement of dimension control accuracy in the printing process.
Through the double mirror reflection, the number of cameras is reduced, reducing the space installation requirements of the visual inspection system and the difficulty of the existing assembly line transformation; The difficulty of mechanical adjustment of the machine vision system can be avoided by correcting the image distortion while detecting the CCD pole of lithium battery.
The system can judge whether the current printing process is qualified by the accurate calculation of the edge of the broken line and the resistance printing paste, which greatly reduces the intensity of manual inspection and improves the qualified rate of the patch resistance manufacturing.
Inspection details:
The inspection machine adopts 14 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to carry out omni-directional visual inspections for product appearance defects. The inspection speed is 400-600 pieces/min. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of all-weather operation, and it can be online automatically. Eliminate substandard products.
The whole set of inspection equipment includes mechanical, visual electronic hardware and inspection system software. The entrance and exit of the equipment are reserved for docking positions to facilitate on-site operations.
