Product background
In the process of beer brewing, there are many factors that affect product quality, such as raw material quality, craftsmanship, brewing technology, etc. In addition, bottle defects and dirt (bottle mouth, bottle body and bottle bottom) are also a key factor affecting beer quality. Therefore, the empty beer bottles must be tested before beer filling, and the unqualified products must be rejected before the beer filling can be carried out. At present, most breweries in my country still use manual inspection of the quality of empty beer bottles, which is inefficient, slow and labor-intensive.
Machine vision is very suitable for measurement, inspection and identification in the process of mass production, and the application of linear array CCD in continuous and scanning online measurement is very advantageous. Using machine vision detection method can greatly improve production efficiency and production automation, and machine vision is easy to achieve information integration, which can greatly improve product quality and production efficiency. Therefore, for the highly repetitive work of beer bottle detection, it is of great significance in practice to develop a set of beer empty bottle detection devices to realize automatic detection of empty bottles by applying machine vision theory.
Inspection principle
Machine vision is to use machines instead of human eyes to measure and judge. The machine vision system refers to converting the captured target into an image signal through a machine vision product (ie, image capture device, divided into CMOS and CCD), and transmits it to a dedicated image processing system. The image system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the on-site equipment actions according to the results of the discrimination.
